Don’t quite understand that it’s a black dating app however I guess it’s about average it’s nothing to write home about. Unwarranted Banning
I wish I could give them 0 stars because of the support team. I’ve had this app for years, literally before 2019! I find it odd before the update my profile was fine and once I updated pics and prompt answers I get my account banned. I was told that I cannot be told how I violated community guidelines which is wild. When I look at the guidelines via the link they sent, it takes you Plenty of Fish guidelines not BLK. The same details don’t have my POF account banned so I’m confused. Terrible customer service when they can’t communicate properly.
