Unclear Reasoning
I tried downloading the apps again, as one does. And went to link my account. As I was filling out the profile, app crashed. No big deal. Restarted and it pops up with I’ve been banned. I’m confused, delete/redownload, same message.
So I reach out to customer service, they tell me in short, curt email I have to submit a ‘ban appeal’ with no explanation. I again ask for clarification, they just repeat themselves with the added ‘we consider this matter closed’, no explanation, and the form is ridiculous for this situation, idk if they are jaded, but apparently they don’t want my business 🤷♂️
