No response
Having used the app previously some months ago, I thought I’d give it another try. During the set up process it requested verification (all good and done) but it’s been 2 weeks and ZERO response or confirmation. Having sent private documents which I’m sure does amount to some level of GDPR and the potential for that to be grossly violated since they’re just out in the ether somewhere, I can’t in good conscience tell anyone to download this app.
I’ve emailed their support line(s) MULTIPLE times over the past months to absolutely zero responses to any of my requests as I had a separate glitch which they told me to email them about prior to this. Which was dutifully ignored it seems.
Avoid this app, don’t give any personal verification info as when you do they don’t even use it to verify you. You just get stuck and the pending screen for 2 weeks.
I’d like for either the verification to go through or for my personal data to be scrubbed asap.

App not working
I can’t get pass the first page because it won’t scroll down on my iPhone
Feeling really disappointed
I find it hard to rate this app badly as it is a real blessing, however after having some technical issues for the last few months I left a review sharing this.
Someone kindly replied and asked me to reach out via email which I did. Its been over a week since I emailed and send a follow up and nothing back at all.
Dont know why I was asked to reach out if I was never going to be responded to.
Its disappointing Salt, as this app is such a blessing with helping Christians in ways other app just can’t, always been a big advocate and follow on the socials which actually make me pretty sad now.
I really Hope that something will change.

Be prepared to wait
Badges and notifications don’t really work. Badges never appear on the app so be prepared to wait for someone to go in and see if there’s messages there great app extremely painful with basic features missing.
No people
This app is useless I only get like 4 ish people a day to click through
