Top reviews

If you aren’t top tier member it’s not worth it.

I seen I had some like I sign up for the silver and still get none of the benefits that were listed. So now I’m trying to find out how to cancel and get my money back because it has only been 10 minutes and that is impossible also.

Pay Money or it’s Unusable

Yes of course I’d like to see the people who matched me. Oh I have to pay? DELETE. This app never used to be like this, but Christian or not, people are greedy and love money!

Don’t subscribe.

This app is complete trash. If you’re not paying they intentionally hold matches from you as a way to bait you into subscribing. Even while paying for a subscription, they still hold matches and want you to upgrade further… my “likes” tab is empty, yet multiple profiles say “liked you” on them — go ahead and explain that to me. Tons of unwanted people far outside my filters. Absolutely horrible and just a money grab.

Begging for money

Utterly ridiculous they want money all the time this stuff should be free. These people are fake.

It’s match.com’s take on what Christian dating should be

No regulation. Really mid women. No safeguards against scorned (ghosted) women from inputting fake reports. Third world educated developers and support team.

Scam

Owned by Match Group. Built to make them money, not to find you a match.

Tread Lightly…

It’s pretty clear that this app manufactures users and likes for the sake of keeping the consumer engaged. Additionally, the app and its parameters are clearly not well rooted in Christian values. I did meet someone great on here, but the app itself is clearly just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks, and if nothing is sticking, they’ll just manufacture something in order to lure you into a subscription. There’s a reason they’re owned and run by a dating app conglomerate! Be careful!

Beware the censors

I’d just signed up, and I entered the Prayr request and chat tab. I wrote to someone who was severely depressed about how I’d dealt with the problem. I suppose a moderator disagreed with me theologically or maybe there’s a bad actor; my account bricked two minutes later.
I’ll see what can be done, but this left a bad aftertaste!

Allocation preference doesn’t work

This app use to be great before match group, but now it ignores location preference and shows people all over the US. Not interested in pen pals

Still looking for someone genuine

Amazing works even when you don’t wanna pay for nothing but still expect someone to just come in like a miracle on Lords name

Cost

Should have more access to the app without have to pay so much for it, should be able to see the likes, send and receive messages, as well as other things on the app!!

New update

New update sucks! Having the not interested button separate on the left side, and not the normal swipe left or right.. makes it 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
You have to basically use 2 hands to go through profiles.

Seizure City

The new update is so terrible that your chances of getting a seizure increase 1,000 fold every time you hit “X.” A giant flashing “X” blinds you and causes headaches. Avoid!

I LOVE THE MOST RECENT UPDATE!

It’s a learning curve to find where everything has been moved but I love the way the app is set up now, I like the new icons and the different categories at the bottom. I love that it says who likes you in the top corner, YOU GUYS DID AMAZING ON THE MOST RECENT UPDATE!

Bad people

My account got hacked by scammer. I contacted upward admin 11 times. No one helped me. The scammer turned me into a man with kids. Looking for women. I begged the admin to stop this. My email address was the scammers I asked to change this. Their response; We don’t see anything wrong. They say safety is first and foremost. That is incorrect. They do not care about ur safety or security. I deleted my account and will never come back. Please beware. There are so many scammers on this app. All of them say they are financial advisors. Please be careful. God bless

Doesn’t even work for me

Can’t even sign up. Tried and the page just froze. When I backed out to try again, now it just says “Oops, something went wrong.” And also tells me to contact customer service. I’m not going through all of that. Fix the app, I’ll fix my rating. Until then, BOO. Thumbs down.

Fake profiles?

Idk how I feel about the app it seems like a lot of fake profiles or I end up matched with men I know I didn’t heart or swipe right on. Then I’ll be having good convo and the profile is gone.

Filters / purchased app

You can set up filters to set your preferences however anyone is still allowed to match with you. For example any age group, any religion, parental status or distance can match with you even after setting up specific parameters around that. So keep that in mind, even after purchasing a membership you will not receive perks.

Not free

It says you have 100+ matches but to see them you have to pay, so for free: you get to sift through ugly people. It’s tinder rebranded. Not worth anyone’s time.
