I joined Match because I was genuinely looking for a serious relationship. I took the time to build a complete profile, upload photos and actually use the service.
I paid for a one-month subscription because I wanted to communicate with people I was interested in.
Then I discovered that Match says 18 women have liked me, but I can’t see who they are without paying for an even more expensive upgrade.
So I pay for a subscription, and then I’m told I need to pay even more to find out who supposedly wants to meet me.
That’s incredibly frustrating and, in my opinion, feels like a sales funnel rather than a dating service.
I understand Match is a business and needs to make money. But when basic information about potential matches is placed behind another expensive paywall, it leaves a very bad taste.
My advice to anyone considering Match: understand exactly what you’re paying for before you subscribe. Don’t assume that paying for one subscription means you’ll have access to everything you reasonably expect.

To be blatantly honest with you, this website is absolute garbage. I don’t believe anybody finds a date on here any longer. I feel they just stole my money.
Scammers
Match has been extremely disappointing. I encountered multiple suspicious profiles in a very short time, with remarkably similar stories involving overseas work, unverifiable information, and eventually finances. Paying members should not have to spend their time investigating whether the people they meet are even legitimate. I’ve lost confidence in Match and will not be renewing.

Nice matches given to me by Match
Nice match matches given to me by Match. However, matches I received did not match on the women’s side. But it’s nice to get to know people if just briefly for coffee or lunch.. I received more lunch matches in the past that resulted in meeting women and door second dates. Not this time around I’m gonna try an our time too next
