Do not waste your money or time! You can pay premium, but you still can not read messages. The app just keep asking you to add “photo” then “more about yourself “ then you stool sample and so on. You will not get anything out of this site!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! Look at the reviews!!! One star all the way down!!!

Not a dating App, but a chatting App for loners!
The matches are not real person, but scammers who want your informations or loners / mentally disturbed person who need to talk to someone but never with the intention to meet someone. It is not a dating App. It is a Paying FRAUD !!

I genuinely wanted to give Match.com a fair chance. After all, the platform advertises itself as a place for people looking for serious relationships.
Unfortunately, my experience ended before it even began. My account was permanently banned while I was still creating my profile. I had only uploaded a normal profile photo and filled in some basic information. There was no inappropriate content and no violation of the Terms of Service.
What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of customer support. I contacted support twice and have yet to receive a single response.
It makes you wonder why a company invests so much in advertising but seems unwilling to help new customers when an obvious mistake occurs.

too many technical challenges
From my account randomly being blocked to having difficulty signing in to just learning how to navigate the app, it's been very frustrating and time-consuming. I just had a match wonder why I disappeared from her list thinking that I had blocked her when really it was just match.com randomly blocking my account. Also, it's not set up for folks that are digital nomads forces you to commit to a narrow ZIP Code. Also, there's no phone communication just trying to navigate customer support through automated responses or petitioning for corrections.
