Technical jargon
The app and created an account. I keep receiving a sequel(?) screen that locks me out of the app. JUST downloaded and the app and right off the bat I’m experiencing issues.

If you could kindly delete the app and download it fresh from the App Store, it should be running smoothly for you now. I think this is fake!
Anything. It now March 27th and I still haven’t received anything and no one is responding to my texts, or messages in the app. Was supposed to be compensated with a $200 Amazon gift card. Extremely disappointed!

We love that you want to do more research with us! To protect the scientific integrity of our studies, participants can only enroll in one trial at a time. If you were to take multiple study products simultaneously, it would blur the results, making it impossible for scientists to know which product was actually working. Keeping studies separate ensures the data stays accurate and reliable. Thank you for being such an active part of our community!
