Apple Watch
It’s a great help. It would be nice if it synced with the Apple Watch. It’s been 4years since an update has been done , so I’m sure it’s a long shot to get that feature.
Great App for Healthy Eating Habits
Update: I echo the sentiment of a fellow reviewer in that a timer showing the full duration of time eating would be incredibly beneficial, as well as possibly setting an overall consumption time.

I don’t even remember how I came across this app. With school and work, over the years I had lost my slow eating habit as I’ve learned to scarf food for time. And I have a bad habit of eating so fast, that by the time I feel full, I also feel unwell and uncomfortable.
Enter Chlow. I eat slower. I taste more of my food. I don’t feel disgusting after eating, and hopefully with more use, and other healthful habits, I’ll lose some weight again for eating properly like I used to. Thanks, Chlow.

So close to liking it!
This app was so close with the idea. The timer works and honestly great for being a free app but It lost me when I realized it didn’t show me how long I ate for and it doesn’t save your data after you complete eating. Too bad! Off to another app for me.
Very practical
This is so easy to use. You can even customize your chew and rest times. This is such a healthy habit to learn, I have eaten way too fast my whole life and it was really hurting my digestion recently. Thanks for this!

This app has helped me learn how to eat slower. Consequently I feel fuller when I truly am full and do not over eat and have lost weight.
