Logging in takes so long
I know I have to give my self a lot of time if I want to log into the app. And I’m all for security but waiting for a verification code every time I log in is annoying. I fly a lot and I have to wait to land to get the code because it doesn’t come through in the air.
Great and easy
I only gave 4 stars Becuase I’d like to be able to label my transfers, when I move money to savings. I would also like alerts when I get a deposit. I get the charge alerts but I like to get deposit alerts too, so I know when payday hits.

This bank is the goat. Helpful employees who call me chief and take care of my financial queries… who could ask for more? Go to this bank if you want the people holding your money to care about the job they do and more importantly, care about YOU!!!
Always crashes
This app 95% of the time does not let me log online. Idk what is wrong with it. But it never wants to log me in. Even though all of my credentials are correct. Please fix it’s annoying. 🤬
Usability
The ease of use on this app is great especially the Face ID feature. Also unlike other bank that don’t allow you to transfer after a certain time this company does. I love chocolate bayou :)

All accounts not visible
I can not see all my accounts in one login. I can not see how much money is in each of my kids student accounts. I hate this new version. I want the old one back.
Multiple accounts
Would like to go back and forth between accounts without having to logout and back in every time. This is a major issue. And would like to see the balances of other accounts when doing a transfer.
