HOW TO TOSS A SALAD!!
There is NO way to tell the restaurant you want your dressing already tossed in for pickup orders. Andddd there’s no way to say you want extra side toppings. Only if you want extra protein. What about if I want extra vegetables? Extra tomatoes? Extra onions!?

This location is beyond slow, I just waited over 15min from my order time and all they said was that they were understaffed. Also I ordered a very expensive juice w/o ice and it is 1/4 of the cup empty and they put ice in it. Awful experience at the Galleria location in Houston Tx.
App needs more stability work
I really enjoy ChopShop but with long lines and food that takes time to prepare I need this app to work reliably. I cannot order food in this app in traffic and it crashes forcing me to order restart. Do a bit more reliability testing ChopShop on your app here or you loose real business. I’ve had way too many orders about to place with this app only to have the app crash with me saying ‘forget it I’m going somewhere else’ because of it. The last update released just started crashing the app like crazy again for all my orders using my iPhone 15 pro max..

App shuts down constantly
I can’t get an order placed without the app shutting down and closing me out. Even on strong wifi, it’s clearly a low quality app which is a bummer since the rewards program tries to direct users there

The new app is a joke!! It won’t download, then when I think it’s downloaded it glitches and goes back to reset. FIX YOUR DAMN APP!!
Checkout is buggy
Have loved and used the app for a long time and for the most part it’s all good - makes customizing the order easy and navigation is good. But I’ve had issues checking out lately especially when ordering for delivery, and or using rewards, and or adding a tip. It’s math isn’t quite mathing correctly and then when it tried to process payment it will fail with an error message that says “payment amount needs to equal amount due. Remove item and try again.”
When you select delivery it automatically adds an estimated service fee of 20% which you have no control over, and if you try to also add a tip it can’t calculate the total anymore. So the only way to order delivery is remove the tip.

Going above and beyond!
I had the best experience with Chop Shop today! I accidentally placed my order for pickup instead of delivery and realized I wouldn’t be able to leave work to get it. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, and Blake went completely above and beyond. He personally delivered my order to my workplace so I wouldn’t have to go without lunch.
That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly made my day. The food was great as always, but the kindness and extra effort from Blake really stood out. Thank you for taking care of your customers so well! I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Loving it until I saw it automatically adds a tip when ordering CARRY OUT! How ridiculous…. So entitled and sneaky to take more money than you agreed to
Rewards are broken or intentionally adding user friction
Rewards are broken. Taking 5 minutes to show in the app order checkout after I redeem is ridiculous when I get an email instantly confirming redemption. It’s 2025 there’s no reason this should take multiple minutes. This seems like something intentionally created to avoid people using their rewards, especially since they expire after a certain time. This is the 2nd time it’s happened to me now. I haven’t ordered chop in a while and now I remember why…
