What's New in ChoreSight
1.4.2
September 19, 2026
Fixes for families who use ChoreSight every day. -Repeating chores keep repeating. Long-running daily and weekly chores could silently stop creating their next occurrence; they no longer do. -House Pool chores stay yours. A pool chore you completed now stays on your list under Done, and you no longer see a sibling's pool submission under your "Waiting on approval". -Offline, for real this time. Submitting a chore and signing out now finish promptly with no signal and sync when you're back online. -Co-parents who are Admins can leave a household from Settings. -Admins can delete a reminder (long-press it). -Someone who leaves the household stops receiving its notifications. -Chores assigned to someone who left are labeled "Former member" so you can reassign them. -The Review queue is now oldest-first, and Done shows the most recently finished chore first. -Spanish: calendar permission prompt translated. -Security hardening: only the person a chore is assigned to (or anyone, for a House Pool chore) can submit proof for it; a rejection is the only decision that can be disputed; join codes can't be altered.
