I am unable to cast any Chorki content from the mobile app to our TV using Google Chromecast since I signed up my account.

Disappointed
Took subscription for 1 year . But can’t even watch in TV. Cause it doesn’t support in all devices.
Very Unprofessional Services
Very disappointing experience. After purchasing a subscription, the app did not work properly, and customer support was unable to fix the issue despite multiple attempts and repeated document requests. I ended up losing 10 days of my paid subscription without any compensation or proper response regarding my refund concerns.
However, the app would not run on my 75-inch TV, forcing me to use a browser, which made the experience even worse.
Overall, the service feels very unprofessional and not worth the money. I expected much better quality and support. I will not be subscribing again unless significant improvements are made.

Why did you make this app only for phone and laptop users? Why can’t I find it in the App Store on common TVs like LG or Vizio? That doesn’t make sense. I even tried mirroring it from my phone once, and that didn’t work either. That was really disappointing.
I honestly think this is one of the very few Bangladeshi platforms with some good content, but the platform still feels like it’s at a beginner level. Please level up. Build app versions for different TV types and improve or add proper screen mirroring support. These are basic features. Come on.

Not worth the subscription
The app keeps loading content despite having a strong internet connection, very frustrating 😖
Slow or does not work
Your app stops working abruptly and it takes longggg time to get back in function! Please look at it. People subscribe for the same amount as Netflix even higher. Look at how smooth Netflix is! I am not comparing with Netflix but price wise, you are expensive than Netflix with super limited items and tech issue! It’s a competitive market. So,……

Constant buffering makes Chorki unusable
Chorki is frustrating to use because of nonstop buffering. Even when the video quality is set to the lowest option, the stream keeps pausing every few seconds. This isn’t a network issue on my end — other streaming apps work fine on the same connection.
What’s the point of offering low-quality settings if the platform still can’t play smoothly? It completely ruins the viewing experience and makes the app unreliable.
Until Chorki fixes its buffering and streaming stability, it’s not worth using.

Needs improvement
Their contents are good but to manage subscription, customers have to go through way too much trouble. Subscribe and cancel should be an option in their app instead of having to send email every single time. The live chat also is not too helpful its just there for display!
Content video quality
Even on YouTube we can watch content on 4k but on Chorki highest resolution is 1080p. Should content release on 4k even it’s an premium option.
Worst app ever
Cant stop auto renewal payment. Once you added the payment method they will deduct your money without permission or notice. If you want to stop the auto renewal, they said something wrong and can't stop the auto renewal process. Worst app and cheating app
Scam Alert!!!
There’s no option to end or cancel subscription. They keep taking out money from account. There’s even no option to change or remove payment methods. Scamming in broad daylight.

Don’t waste money. It does not work on Samsung TV. There is no cancel subscription button. Scary!
No option to unsubscribe
There’s no option to unsubscribe in the app or website. Tried to contact the customer support but even after 2 hours the representative couldn’t unsubscribe as well. On top of that he was asking random irritating questions like why I’m unsubscribing, what’s the problem with the subscription this and that. Horrible service!!
