Terrible app; better to use the website
Can't book multiple people into swimming in app and the inflatables swimming is inaccessible through the app but Lane swimming us accessible (only if you're booking for a single person). Worse than useless be because it's constantly pinging me about stuff I don't want.
Poor App. Stick to the website.
Can’t see casual swim sessions. Can’t book children into sessions. Looks like the website is only option…. And then swimming is under ‘classes’. Very odd system.

This app is awful I’ve never been able to book on this site which is annoying as it’s very hard to get through on the phone. It’s annoying I have to give it one star as it doesn’t deserve this

Poor app
App does not let you sign in or have an option to register as a member. Had to go into centre to join as app thinks I already have a login, now can’t activate membership login at home without paying for a second subscription. Terrible app!

IT department needs attention
Tried to link a card on the app to book activities…keeps saying error 404 page not found
Reported it to staff in leisure centre, said he’d get in touch with I. T department but nothing has changed
Very inconvenient, as getting to speak to staff by telephone is virtually impossible!!
