Great way to get plugged in
New to DC in my 30s. It’s a great way to get the ball rolling and get outside with real people.
Great way to make new friends
Choros has been a really great way to meet other guys and get together for activities. The app makes it easy to coordinate events or join in on something someone else is planning. I’ve especially enjoyed getting to join in on things like going to baseball games, playing pool, and going to trivia. It’s a great way to meet people if you’re new in town or connect with new friends even if you’ve been here a while. Definitely worth checking out.

Best App for Making Friends
Dudes! Are you looking for other chill guys to hang out with? Are you new to your area and don’t know anyone? Did you move with a significant other to an area not familiar to you? Well look no further because you’ve found one of the best apps online to find other guys to do cool stuff with. This is an app for any dude of any way to meet other guys to hang out and make friends. It doesn’t matter if you’re married, single, in a relationship, situationship, gay, straight, or whatever floats your boat because you’re welcome here.
For me personally, I moved away from my hometown (Philly) for work in the DC area. I met someone and got married and love doing stuff with them, but there are just certain things you can’t or won’t do with your significant other if they’re just not interested in doing them. That’s where a guys group like this comes in where you can meet up with folks to play board games, go shooting at a range, go to a happy hour, go bicycling, hiking, whatever! I’m met a lot of really cool people I now call friends that I never would have met elsewhere.
The app is run by an AI agent called Emma and she helps to set up events and invite guys to the events. You can make a simple profile in the app stating what you like to do so the AI doesn’t invite you into something you have no interest in. And if you meet a guy that you just don’t click with, tell the AI that and they’ll do their best to make sure you aren’t in another group with them. I haven’t really met anyone l didn’t like yet, but it is bound to happen so they ensure there’s no animosity during events.
The app itself is pretty simple, and new functionality and updates are always being made based on all of our suggestions. Definitely give this a go if you want to make new friends in a new area. It’s a lot better than some of these other meeting apps and websites out here.

Great way to meet people
I moved to the DC area in August and found the app in October. I'm so thankful for the friends I've made and the hangouts I've had so far. The app suggests activities based on your interests. I've done things like jazz nights, movie watching, book readings, happy hours, and more. Lucky to have found a group that loves to hangout and enjoy the city!

Great app to meet guy friends
I have a pretty active social life but felt like I was missing some more guy hangout time like I’ve had in other phases of life. A friend recommended Choros to me and I gave it a shot. I’ve attended 1-2 events a month and met some cool guys, some who are friends now. Every event has been fun and everyone I’ve met has been nice and I’ve met people with shared interests and people I likely wouldn’t ever cross paths with which has been really interesting. All types of dudes and interests. I mean, we have at least one thing in common wanting to meet other dudes. I have a regular pickleball crew now because of Choros. Give it a try!

Great concept!
Most especially after Bumble BFF shut down, there is definitely a hole in the market for an app and service like Choros. It’s only gotten harder to make friends in recent years, so I’m looking forward to what Choros can bring to my social life!
Nice group
Met a lot of cool guy friends and lots of cool new activities done. Would recommend, especially since there’s a trial period
Get Solved!
Exactly what’s needed; brotherhood, exposure to vetted people, strategic fellowship. You don’t have time to search for cool spots, audit platforms, filter noise, or manage the overhead of figuring out who’s worth the investment. The research eats the returns before you even begin.
Choros solves that.

Good app for making local real world buddies
Pretty cool experience for guys looking to make a group of buddies and actually do things in real life. Been way more useful than other apps where nobody actually shows up. I can join something, see familiar faces and count on something fun actually happening
Really well curated
Love the app. I’ve had a lot of great times with all of the events - it’s brought me to places I never would have otherwise gone. It’s a really comfy way to meet new people, and I have made a couple of likely lifelong friends from it.

Bikes and Beers
I’m at a crazy bike and beers event right now and have an awesome time with a live bad and a hundred people hanging out. Highly recommend this app
Smooth invite process
Very user friendly and thoughtful invite request process
There’s something for everyone
I’ve gone hiking, axe throwing, been to a couple of breweries, and played some board games all due to this app. In fact, I’m scheduled for SpikeBall, kayaking, and watching a Commanders game. There is even more stuff to do on the app. So there really is something for everyone.
Great Experience
The app is super easy to use, and it’s great to be able to connect and meet like minded individuals to do activities with.
Thumbs up
Wow. Super straightforward app that makes meeting new guys seamless. Takes the guesswork out of it. I just show up and have a good time!
