What a way for fans to interact with their favorite artists! Not only are we able to directly interact through forums AND chat, the artist is able to provide their fans with videos of performances, never before released music, and even merch. There is space for all the members of the community to interact with each other (the aforementioned forum and chat)qnenthat has been such a lievely experience. We all have the same passion and are able to express it to the ppl who “get” it. It seems that the artist has the ability to make the platform very much their own, without having to select from some prefabbed layout or color scheme, etc etc. Thank God for that, because the thought of Modest Mouse watering themselves down to be able to be on a level with their fans is sickening. Their platform, Ice Cream Party, may be a pain in the music portion in the browser, but the aesthetic of their platform is a vibe that is beautiful and can't be overlooked. The app is just as epic visually, as the browser is; though it is much easier to enjoy the variety of albums in the app than in chrome or safari. I could go on and on, but to keep it as succinct as possible: having ice cream party and the ability to connect with the band that is my spirit animal has brought more joy than the $10/month cost.

Customer support is horrendous
I have been trying to contact their support team so I can reset my password so I can even use the app in the first place but I haven’t heard anything back
