Priceless
I generally don’t apps that I pay for, but this one has held its value and given me so much more than I imagined. I use these meditations everyday. They’ve changed the way I react to life, they’ve deepened my relationship with God, they’ve healed me sleep through insomnia, and reconnect to myself in stillness. The tapping exercises are vital for how I deal with chronic and fatigue and cPTSD recovery. These are scientifically proven strategies I’ve studied myself with one imperative distinction — Sandra centers *Jesus* at the heart of all of her videos. This has been such a blessing to me. I can’t recommend this app highly enough for the Christian tapping alone. All the great meditations just add to the value. ❤️

Amazing Way to Blend my Faith with Meditation

I don’t want, in my meditation, to remove all thoughts. I want my thoughts to be on my Heavenly Father. And yet I’m not comfortable with doing my own meditation as I am a beginner.
What Sandra has created allows me to go deeper in my faith while also experiencing the benefits of meditation to the mind, body, and spirit.

I’ve tried so many meditation apps and have finally found one that meets what I had be looking for and so much more! I love that each meditation is completely rooted in God’s word! The EFT is fantastic too! I feel so much more centered and close to God when I’m done with my meditations!

You know those apps you download and never use? Well this is NOT one of them! It lives on the home screen of my phone - right next to my other essentials. I use it to start every single day! The meditations are helping me to be still and connect with the Lord on a deeper level, and also helping me with awareness of His presence throughout my day. Wouldn’t want to be without it!! A Spiritual Experience
