Date confusion
I’ve just moved into a new house and I’m trying to figure out what day to take the bins out. I searched it up on the website and it said Monday and then I downloaded the app and did the same thing and instead it said Wednesday, now I’m left confused.
Day changes not reflected in alerts
Great for giving reminders for putting out and brining in our bin. However this week our day has changed from Friday to Saturday due to Easter - but alert still goes off on Thursday night to put bins out.
Update the app but…?
Guys, I’ve opened the app and it gives a message to update. Click the link to the Apple Store, like a good citizen, and instead of an “Update” button, the App Store displays an “Open” button which when clicked opens the app without updating it and…wait for it…displays the same update message. It’s circular. Do better!

It displays the wrong info
It’s got it completely wrong, completely missing my next delivery date and instead skipping to the one after that.
A really good example of a good idea poorly executed by a team that doesn’t have any commercial realities (eg rate payer funded).
