Date confusion
Iāve just moved into a new house and Iām trying to figure out what day to take the bins out. I searched it up on the website and it said Monday and then I downloaded the app and did the same thing and instead it said Wednesday, now Iām left confused.
Day changes not reflected in alerts
Great for giving reminders for putting out and brining in our bin. However this week our day has changed from Friday to Saturday due to Easter - but alert still goes off on Thursday night to put bins out.
Update the app butā¦?
Guys, Iāve opened the app and it gives a message to update. Click the link to the Apple Store, like a good citizen, and instead of an āUpdateā button, the App Store displays an āOpenā button which when clicked opens the app without updating it andā¦wait for itā¦displays the same update message. Itās circular. Do better!

It displays the wrong info
Itās got it completely wrong, completely missing my next delivery date and instead skipping to the one after that.
A really good example of a good idea poorly executed by a team that doesnāt have any commercial realities (eg rate payer funded).

It used to work but can no longer find any addresses on my street.
Simple, done well
You had one job and you did it well. App launches fast and makes it immediately obvious which bin I need to put out this week. Then it shows how the upcoming public holiday does or doesnāt affect my day. Quick, simple, efficient. A rarity these days.

Doesnāt work anymore
The app is broken and doesnāt work any more (ios18). As soon as you enter the address it shows an error message.
Wrong days
I checked my bins to see what bins need to go out for next week.
My bins day is Friday that was Red and Green just been.
But your app says it next then I check your website for my address and it says Yellow and Green.

Will be able to autosuggest the address you type, but unable to find the data for it depending on how new the development is.

Very Poor App
I try to be positive. The app is unusable. Worse than useless. It is buggy at best. Mostly it never loads and you end up going to the website. Total waste of money for ratepayers.

Itās been 2 weeks since this app stopped working at least in Fitzgerald Avenue.

Clumsy and slow
Takes ages to load your collection data and the app is not intuitive. Not bad but needs speeding up.

The app is slow, unresponsive and all around just difficult to use.

Useless app .. never works properly
Get in the bin
How can something so simple go so wrong? The only actual use for this app is to tell you what bins go out when, and it fails 1 out of 3 times you open it. The rest of the features are bureaucratic delusion - like anyone wants more interaction with a local government body. Please fix the core feature.
