Great Content let down by inconsistent functioning
This is a marvellous treasury of hymns which enables our church to sing without a pianist. For an aging and numerically declining congregation this is a wonderful thing.
Unfortunately, many of the search and menu functions work less well and less often than they need to.
For example, if I try to use the search by first lines menu, it only actually opens one time in ten. The same for searching by meter.
The general search function appears to operate as a mystery, even when I type in correct lyrics I don’t always get a result.
It is these frustrations that hold the app back from being the perfect resource. As it is, it is a great resource, provided you also have a paper copy of the music book to find the hymns!

The most recent update is so disappointing that I’ve basically stopped using
and began looking for a different app to sing hymns. I deleted the app and reinstalled hoping that this might make the app work better. However, that didn’t do the trick. Please return to the previous app.

Getting worse
After a series of updates, the app has gotten worse.

I’m sad that you have taken off the sepia tone, being dyslexic it helps my brain to read better. Is it possible to reinstall the sepia tone please.
Wonderful, wonderful app!
Just love the app. However, it won’t completely open now. All I see is the Christian Hymns logo, which remains frozen.
