I'd give more stars if the app was actually reliable but it isn't. There have been too many instances where I'm out and about to check my balance and the app won't even open, or it opens and immediately crashes. Just this last time it happened, there was an acknowledgment of it on the site but there usually isn't. I got so annoyed this time that I PRAYED I hadn't already written a review just so I could come write one. Gonna delete the app and redownload and hopefully that does something.

Permanent notification that never wants to leave.
App is okay and all, but it is ruined by a stupid notification mark on the top of the app icon that won’t leave, I have searched everywhere on the app, to see where the notification is coming from, to no avail. I have logged out and back into the app, it does not go away. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, IT DOES NOT GO AWAY. I want to know if there is actually something inside the app that I need to know of, or if it’s just the pointless notification. Please try to get this fixed soon, I recently became a member of CFCU, this is my first bank as a teenager. It would be really unfortunate to lose a customer over a simple yet agonizing error in your app.

Missing Widget
Account Widget on iphone is nowhere to be found, I was looking for it and couldn’t find it, please replace back
Notifications
I will not allow you to force me to have notifications turned on. I refuse to allow you to make me have anxiety. It is proven that notifications cause anxiety and many other mental health issues. So if you do not mind, I’ll keep my notifications to off. Do not force poor mental health on clients.

Can’t let me sign up because it has to text me to verify who I am and it sends me a link and isn’t loading up
Mobile deposit
Unable to use the mobile deposit, super inconvenient hasn’t been working for months now.
Annoyed
I haven’t been able to use mobile deposit for weeks now because the in app camera isn’t working and doesn’t rotate like it’s supposed to so instead it’s just stuck on the screen that says “rotate your phone to take a picture”. Really annoying especially after already writing everything out on the back of the check.

the mobile check deposit hasn’t worked for me in a while. every time it gets stuck at the screen that says “rotate your phone” and when I rotate it nothing happens. this is super frustrating

Why did you remove the reconcile button on the checking account?
Give choice
In the future, should give the people a choice to change to the new app or leave it. I absolutely HATE the layout of this!!!! The older one was better layout and easier to understand. Please change it back!!!!!

Bill Pay not working
I thought the app was bad before, now that it’s been revamped it’s even worse! I keep getting error messages when I try to do Bill Pay and it won’t even let me enter payees. Been struggling for a few hours with trying to set it up- hopefully they can fix it for me before my bills are late. Very disappointed.
