Switching off sound
When I switch all the sound sliders to off, I expect it to stay off. With this game the voices kept coming back on and once I finished the game and went straight into the bonus, up comes the voices again. It is very annoying, why should I be expected to switch the sound off on my iPad itself when I have switched the sound off in the game. Perhaps developers might like to check this over and find out why it overrides the gamers input. I am using iPad Pro with latest update.

Vos jeux sont superbes . Tant pour les énigmes et les graphismes mais malheureusement la plupart sont tjs en anglais. Pour une fois qu’il y en a un soit disant enfin Français , même un étranger se ferait mieux comprendre . Mettez au moins des verbes dans les phrases svp . On ne comprend même pas les consignes un ex: « Ce ne t regarder très de fête je pense il besoins quelques décorations »

Frozen Screen
I played this last year and thoroughly enjoyed it! Now I have installed, uninstalled, offloaded and redownloaded only to have it freeze on the screen with the gear/bonus items and the elf facing away by conveyor belt. First time I opened I got a black screen after drawing of chapel. Each time after froze at opening screen where you have options.
On iPad with 18.2 which for whatever reason it may not like. Haven’t encountered frozen screens for a very long time. Hope you can fix.

Disappointed
I have always loved this series, however, this latest one felt very different and not at all what I’ve come to expect.

I have tried numerous times to purchase this game. If I hit unlock from the main screen it goes black. If I hit it from the end of the free trial all it does is says loading and spins. I’ve played all the others, I’d like to play this one as well
Christmas Stories: Legends of Toymakers by LynxMinx
This was a magical and gorgeous adventure. Of course the bonus chapter was set in Catstown. Why can’t we ever have some adorable dogs? The tasks were innovative, the game was lengthy, and there was an enjoyable mix of both HO scenes and mini-games. I love labyrinths and concocting potions, and we were given both. The map puzzle was very difficult to fold, but when you finally solve it, you are treated to a wonderful occurrence. I have two minor gripes: one was that the graphics were somewhat lacking in clarity, and the other was a marked lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface. However, this was a beautiful and poignant game, and thankfully inventory was labeled. (It had better be labeled in every game!)
Due to these issues my rating will stand at 4 stars. This was a game well worth purchasing and playing. Thank you, Elephant, and Happy New Year. Please kindly repair the fatal flaw in Paranormal Files 10. If you do not do so, the players have the right to a refund. Let’s start the year on a high note! ❤️🤙🏻
