Switching off sound
When I switch all the sound sliders to off, I expect it to stay off. With this game the voices kept coming back on and once I finished the game and went straight into the bonus, up comes the voices again. It is very annoying, why should I be expected to switch the sound off on my iPad itself when I have switched the sound off in the game. Perhaps developers might like to check this over and find out why it overrides the gamers input. I am using iPad Pro with latest update.

Traduction Française au secours
Vos jeux sont superbes . Tant pour les énigmes et les graphismes mais malheureusement la plupart sont tjs en anglais. Pour une fois qu’il y en a un soit disant enfin Français , même un étranger se ferait mieux comprendre . Mettez au moins des verbes dans les phrases svp . On ne comprend même pas les consignes un ex: « Ce ne t regarder très de fête je pense il besoins quelques décorations »

Frozen Screen
I played this last year and thoroughly enjoyed it! Now I have installed, uninstalled, offloaded and redownloaded only to have it freeze on the screen with the gear/bonus items and the elf facing away by conveyor belt. First time I opened I got a black screen after drawing of chapel. Each time after froze at opening screen where you have options.
On iPad with 18.2 which for whatever reason it may not like. Haven’t encountered frozen screens for a very long time. Hope you can fix.

Goes black when trying to unlock game
My screen is also glitching and going black , but still playing music when I try to purchase the rest of the game. Please update and fix bug.
