I have been playing this game for years and I love it. I will never be a person who pays for rewards, though. A few more wins without paying would be nice.

I use to play this only in winter. But, the short games are addictive. Which is so sad, I almost never win with the chipmunk and I even more rarely complete one of the other games. However, with addictions, you just keep playing and hoping! No, I don’t use money to buy stuff. I just go with what I get. I was very sad my diamonds don’t stay put. The first time my 9 extra diamonds had a minus that decreased when I won a single diamond, I almost cried. Now, it’s just what happens. Not fun, but whatever. Sure doesn’t make a person want to have them, though! Used to save them for a very important moment… now, it’s not important. If they exist, so be it. Otherwise, it’s gimmick. Now, off to play with pick wielding chipmunks!

App lässt sich nicht mehr starten
Mitten im Spiel hat sich die App aufgehängt, beim aktuellen Spiel war plötzlich wieder alles auf Anfang gesetzt und jetzt lässt sich die App nicht mehr öffnen und es ist nur der Startbildschirm zu sehen.
Nachtrag: Neuinstallation hat geholfen, ich hatte Sorge, dass ich wieder bei Null anfangen muss. Aber dem war nicht so: Alles läuft wieder toll, danke! 👍

Love the game but can’t play
Been playing the game for years. Now that I did the iPad 16.7.15 update, char logo comes up and just freezes and doesn’t load. Help!

Expedition hängt mal wieder
Die Expedition lässt sich aktuell (Stand Ende März 2026) nicht spielen, Christmas Sweeper friert ein und man muss neu starten.

Update or download an earlier version
I have been playing this game for a longtime. It now asks me to update it but when I try it says I need to update my iPad to a later version. I am unable to do this. I cannot afford a new iPad and the game will not play without it. It says I can upload an earlier version but it won’t let me do that either. I will have to delete the game altogether.

Very frustrating!
Since the last update. I keep getting denied the ability to play the Santa quest! It tells me I already tried and only get two tries! But I haven’t tried! I’m at level 1984 so I think I know how the game works! Then, I want to report this to app support but can’t! I just get led to websites in another language! How can I get someone to look into this! Very frustrating!
