I uploaded 25 receipts and it did not sync to my online profile, I wouldnโt do this to my employees - I am editing this to report this is still happening I hate this app
Completely unreliable
Every time I use this app it shuts off half way through uploading the receipt. Iโm better off going to the office and scanning receipts on the printer.
Canโt Orient Receipt Photos
App works fine with the exception that it canโt capture pictures of receipt in the right orientation. ๐ฌ

Very unreliable
Hit n miss, about half of my recipes donโt attach to the expense it supposed to attach to. Donโt bother with the app!
Its meh.
It works most of the time. Othertimes it won't work. I wish they would focus on making the app lightweight and faster. The animations move to slow and are obnoxious

Awful on Multiple Levels
This app is atrocious.
Doesn't retain receipts half the time, and forces you to download and re-upload.
The app won't record what card the charge went to, so stores it as a personal expense to get reimbursed when it was charged to my company card.
Doesn't accurately record the amount on a receipt so it doesn't matchup when doing expenses.
One of the worst apps I have ever used, as it creates many more headaches than it solves.

Horrible!!
I wish I could rate this differently. However, I am unable to use it because the app will not send a verification message to my registered email. You canโt use the app until this step is completed. There is also no resource available to reach out to for assistance. Horrible app!
Quit working
Was a nice app, but it started failing uploads and keeps repeating uploads, so I have multiple copies now. Feedback button doesnt work, wants to open a mail app I dont use.
Cannot share from album - bug
I used to be able to share screenshots and pictures from my albums to cr snap but this hasnโt worked for a while now

Worked all week to upload receipt. But how come thereโs no way to write any comment to remember what a cryptic receipt was about?

Since update login not possible
Since the app was updated a few weeks ago, the login is not possible.
Blank white screen
After entering the official email it just gets stuck in white screen with some message outside the window. Useless and buggy app.
Unusable
Opening the app prompts you to verify email address, but when you continue to enter it, the whole screen whites out and does not let you proceed to actually use the app. Would give zero stars if possible.

App will not send verification email to allow access. Use to work well, but mot presently.
Pics uneditable
Pics arrive in CR in a very inconvenient format, making them almost useless. You canโt crop them when taking pictures, you canโt combine multiple pages in one doc, which is confusing later in chrome river.

Works about 1/3 of the time
When this works, it works great but thatโs about 2/3 of the time. Often, when I snap a pic of a receipt it never shows up or it is only a portion of the pic. Literally every time I try to complete a ER I have to go back to my receipt envelope, take another pic of the receipt in question, wait for it to upload and then do it all again. Maddening.
