After adding multiple conditions the App crashes when updating Condition from diagnosed no to yes.
New Condition has diagnosed yes but changes to no after saving.

Managing multiple conditions side by side is core to how the tracker is built, and that flow runs smoothly on our end after the latest update, which sharpened stability across condition editing. If something still looks off when you save changes, reach out to us through the app with your device and iOS version so we can take a direct look. Make sure you are on the newest version first, since that often clears things up right away.
