What's New in Chronically
1.3
October 22, 2026
A gentler start The welcome is now three short steps: meet Chronicle, choose what you'd like to track, and see how tips work. Skip any of it, or replay it anytime from Profile. Tips that show up when they're useful Instead of everything at once on your first visit, Chronicle now points things out the first time they actually appear — your two-week averages after your first check-in, the medicine cabinet after your first medication, and so on. There are seven new tips, and you can turn them all back on in Profile. Flares, more quietly "Having a flare?" no longer sits on your dashboard. When a hard stretch starts, mark it at the end of a check-in ("This is the start of a flare"), or add one anytime from Trends → Your flares. While a flare is going, it still shows on your dashboard until you tell Chronicle it's eased. Also: small fixes and polish throughout.
