Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We got your feedback on the support ticket. Since then we have launched a patch in the new version and fixed. It took sometime for our engineering to deploy the patch. We also noticed that you have been using a free version of the app. A lot of our functionalities are time restricted in the free version. We hope that you continue to use, provide valuable feedback and at some point upgrade to a paid version. Mostly good
Two significant issues for me:
-speed notes won’t work for more than one area (if I write “verb conjugation “ for instructional need, it won’t save for positive comment! Very frustrating as different students need the same comment but in different areas
- I liked being able to do work offline. I would bring my iPad with me and take pictures of student work and make notes on the go. Being limited to connecting to wifi is annoying.

Unfortunately, this is the first time we got the speed note issue reported via this forum so we will have a look at it. Sometimes, we don't uncover issues until users bubble them up, so please keep writing to us. The cloud version of our app was launched looking at the connected-future. We are investing a lot of our energy in adding features to the sharing functionality and other data-driven functionalities for the entire teaching eco-system, these will only be possible with internet connectivity. We understand your concerns about wifi. We will see if something could be done for offline mode, but for now, the internet is a basic need for this platform.
