I just purchased and downloaded the app. It will not let me in without password. Please assist me in setting up a password.
Can’t use now
I lost my iPod, and got a new one. I don’t remember if I created an account when I first got this app. If I did, I don’t remember the password I selected. So now, whether I try to sign in, or create a new account, it says “error.” So I can’t even tell if I have an account. Regardless, I can’t use it if it won’t let me start new. Clicking on app support here gets me nowhere. So I click on “forgot password?” in the app. I get an email with a link to reset it. When I click on it, it sends me to the app with a message that the link has expired or been used. I do it immediately, so it can’t have expired, and obviously I haven’t used it already. I also get the same message that another reviewer mentioned, that it’s not in the correct format. It would be nice to retrieve all the notes I had in this app, but if not, I could start over with new notes, right? NOPE!! WHERE IS SUPPORT?!!!!

Scam Likely
I downloaded this app as part of a bundle. I keep getting a prompt saying my information does not work because it is not in the correct format. The App Support doesn’t work. Scam likely, don’t download.

I just bought this app and it doesn’t let me sign in, if the developers could assist me that would be great. It says the data couldn’t be read because it is not in the correct format. I bought this and now I can’t even use it. I’m a bit annoyed but hope the developers will reach out.
Phenomenal
Works very well. Use it to record scriptures for my preaching work.
Too many bugs!
This app would deserve a decent rating, were there not annoying bugs (you might see some of them in this text). I like that it is a sober and low-gloss journaling tool—that’s all I want to use it for—but it acts more like a beta version than a finished product. It’s not a freebie, but it should be, until the flaws are ironed out.

Very Disappointed
I bought the bundle and now can't sign in to use any of the apps.
I created an account and signed in with 2 apps, couldn't sign in with the 3rd...
Logged out and couldn't sign back in.

Can export or do a report of the whole entries at once.
Can't even begin to use Chronicle
I wanted to use this app because the screenshots showed a simple, elegant design. However, I can't get this app to start. I tried to sign up for a free account, but the app had the endlessly spinning wheel. Since I couldn't stop it, I deleted the app and reloaded it on my iPad Mini 4. I selected skip setting up the account, answered I understand in the dialog box, but nothing happened. Frustrating.

Nice app but...
This is a great app for record keeping (I am using it as a pastoral record). It would be even better if in a future update the journal could be printed.
Do Not Download
When I opened the app, an ad for the developers new app called ark appeared in the center of the screen. It rendered the app useless. Do not download this app.
