サブスクは構わないですがそれなら以前払った料金を返して欲しいのですが

Hi Pete1115, thanks for the feedback! Please update to the latest version: the issue that blocked access has been resolved, and if you've purchased the app you can keep using it without paying again. Your data always stays yours and you can export it anytime. If anything still isn't working as before, reach out to our support and we'll be glad to help you get back up and running. Poor Support -App broken

The Dropbox issue is fixed in the upcoming update, along with several other improvements. Our support team is now also fully available if you need help.
Outdated Support-Dropbox link doesn’t work
However, the support documentation is outdated, primarily from 2017 and 2018, leaving users to figure things out on their own.
Additionally, while there is a feature to back up to Dropbox, the “Link Account” function is not working. I tested this on an iPhone 16 with the latest iOS and an iPhone 6S running an older iOS, and the issue persists on both devices.
It is worth the $0.99 and I would recommend it to friends.
I am able to create backups of iDatabase folders in the cloud and from there Airdrop to my wife’s phone and allow us to have the pw sinc. I can also backup in the cloud.
