Hi Pete1115, thanks for the feedback! Please update to the latest version: the issue that blocked access has been resolved, and if you've purchased the app you can keep using it without paying again. Your data always stays yours and you can export it anytime. If anything still isn't working as before, reach out to our support and we'll be glad to help you get back up and running. We'd really appreciate it if you'd update your review once it's sorted. 🙂 All the best, Apimac
Poor Support -App broken

The Dropbox issue is fixed in the upcoming update, along with several other improvements. Our support team is now also fully available if you need help.
Outdated Support-Dropbox link doesn’t work
However, the support documentation is outdated, primarily from 2017 and 2018, leaving users to figure things out on their own.
Additionally, while there is a feature to back up to Dropbox, the “Link Account” function is not working. I tested this on an iPhone 16 with the latest iOS and an iPhone 6S running an older iOS, and the issue persists on both devices.
It is worth the $0.99 and I would recommend it to friends.
I am able to create backups of iDatabase folders in the cloud and from there Airdrop to my wife’s phone and allow us to have the pw sinc. I can also backup in the cloud.
RECOMMENDED!!!
Format de Date
OK database engine
I have made a long hard search for “simple” databases and this takes the cake. Oh do I wistfully remember the days when Apple’s Bento did everything that this one does and more. It seems that “progress” is moving backwards.
You can’t use the tab key to move between fields, you have to work it like a monkey with your finger or pointer to move fields. This is one basic thing that should be fixed, pronto.
I tried using the iMac version as a trial run. Downloaded OK and APP started up. Ran an import from iCloud and then saw the same databases I have on my iPhone / iPad. Double-click and nothing happens. I want to see that this bit works before I pay for the desktop version.
But oh, Bento was so much better. Formatting of fields, layout precision, tab that works and it was a true multi-user database. iDatabase is a one user only database that can be swapped from device to device. There is no multi-user system and I accept that this will never be on ApiMac’s development radar.
Disappointed
Only soso
Please fix Dropbox linking
Buggy
OK database engine
The interface is clumsy to work with. You can’t tab between fields, all a tab does is close you entry on the field you are working on. Too much mousing around to get to where you want to be.
Did not work and limited support

Although the app supports Face ID, I cannot locate any files in my iCloud account after performing an iCloud backup. This raises concerns about where the data is actually being stored—possibly in the developer’s iCloud?
This is an issue that Apple Development should investigate further.
Use at own risk.
I am happy to revise my rating once the Dropbox, documentation, and iCloud issues are resolved.

Reasonable but could easily be better.
Version 8.9 is broken
Version 9.0 has only fixed the iCloud issue. Still unable to link to DropBox and the inability to see detail after a search is still there.
Dropbox cannot be linked
Version 8.9 is broken
Update To 8.9 has broken what used to be a very good app.
In addition To the loss of the "detail" view already mentioned by Paulus230 (I find it happens when I search), the ability to link to DropBox has been broken and in the iCloud tools, you cannot export as CSV. As the files do not show in iCloud, it is not possible to add a file for importing.
I have reverted to version 8.5 until these issues are fixed.
