chrono travelers and gaia odyssey same issue your game keep crashing still not fix wasting money for topup but this issue still not fix many player quit the game because of this issue its been 3 years still not fix this company no care for player they care for money . this game will dead soon .

I GOT DOUBLE CHARGED!!!

DOESNโ€™T EVEN DESERVE ATLEAST A STAR

I got double charged PLENTY times! And Sometimes when I recharge Diamonds, the diamonds arenโ€™t going in to my account, yet my bank still got charged. When I requested for a refund, I received a notification that my account will get banned. I love and enjoying this game, BUT THIS IS NOT RIGHT!! Please address my concern! Your customer service is not replying!!

Update:
Iโ€™m willing to repay my refunded amount even if its NOT MY FAULT. but when I tried to online my acc, its already BANNED! 24 HRS WASNโ€™T OVER YET.
