I got double charged PLENTY times! And Sometimes when I recharge Diamonds, the diamonds aren’t going in to my account, yet my bank still got charged. When I requested for a refund, I received a notification that my account will get banned. I love and enjoying this game, BUT THIS IS NOT RIGHT!! Please address my concern! Your customer service is not replying!!

I’m willing to repay my refunded amount even if its NOT MY FAULT. but when I tried to online my acc, its already BANNED! 24 HRS WASN’T OVER YET.

extremely deceptive, likely includes stolen images and ai art on the game page
i noticed the stolen/ai art part even before i tried the game. the styles are all inconsistent across the board, and i noticed that in one of the thumbnails on the app store that there was a major inconsistency with the eyeballs on one of the characters. the game itself is also completely different than the gameplay that’s shown on the game page. this was entirely disappointing.

Cant login back to my account
Please assist. I logged out my fb connected account and when I try to login back it says that my fb user data cannot be found.
Unstable. Fun when it works.
Topped up to get the first rank on the new server, and now we can't even play. Great timing to muck up and have lag issues during event times in the evening.

They dont look after their players, Lousy events and poor customer service. Definitely wont recommend this game. All theyre after for is $$$$$$$. Lots of Game BUGS too! And if you approach them, it will take 3days before they respond and will put the blame on you.
