ChronoFocusCompanionApp

ChronoFocus turns your iPhone and Garmin watch into one focused Pomodoro system. Start a session on your phone and the countdown appears right on your watch face — glance at your wrist instead of unlocking your phone. STAY IN FLOW Every time you pick up your phone to check the timer, you risk losing focus. ChronoFocus keeps the timer where your eyes already go: your watch. Focus and break states are mirrored on the watch face, so you always know where you are in the cycle without touching your phone. THE CLASSIC POMODORO FLOW • Focus sessions with automatic short and long breaks • Adjustable durations — focus, short break, long break • Choose how many sessions it takes to earn a long break • Pause, resume, or skip a break when life happens • Daily goals to keep your streak going • Notifications when a session or break ends MADE FOR GARMIN • Live countdown on a dedicated ChronoFocus watch face • Clear focus and pause states at a glance • Quick pairing through Garmin Connect • Works with a wide range of Garmin watches — see the watch face listing in the Connect IQ Store for supported models WORKS ON ITS OWN, TOO No watch nearby? ChronoFocus is a complete Pomodoro timer on your iPhone — the Garmin sync is there when you want it. GOOD TO KNOW To see the timer on your wrist you'll need: a compatible Garmin watch, the free Garmin Connect app, and the ChronoFocus watch face installed from the Connect IQ Store. The iPhone app guides you through the setup step by step. Focus more. Check your phone less
