Amateurish and buggy
Can’t toggle between 720p and 1080p without the picture breaking up big time. The dysfunction of this app bleeds over into the YouTube app when i make the change. Rewind/fast forward is a joke, the increments are about 5 minutes long! What if i want to go back 10 seconds and rewatch a play? Nope! Can’t be done. The app extras are minimal (pregame and postgame) and not the great features the owner promised. More work needed!

High price, low performance
This app is so bad for how much they charge. It spoils games regularly bc they automatically stop the bcast when they think the game is supposed to end without factoring in delays or if someone starts it a few min late (feels incredibly cheap - fire your UX!). Fast forwarding is absolute garbage despite being an easy fix. Are you seriously trying to vibe code this while blocking out all local TV networks, Jerry? Ppl only pay bc they have no choice. Put more into the functionality - not just the programming.

Service and Performance
This has to be the worst app on the app store. Nothing but issues. Paying for a service that wont allow me to view games from my phone when I am anywhere except my house. Now having issues with getting the game to play on my home tv. The game is currently working from my phone but will not play on my tv thru the app. Have emailed customer service and they are very unresponsive. I have had issues 6 times in my first month of service and have had to miss 6 games that I paid hard earned money to watch. This app also glitches constantly and drops in and out of HD all the time. Overall horrible app at a premium price to use their service.

App Functionality Failures
This is app is poorly designed, never updated, and frustratingly defective in so many ways. This is a classic example of a dumb rich owner trying to maximize every profit out of his product, without actually giving competition to the effectiveness of the broadcast platform.
Broken
App breaks, casting sucks, audio sounds terrible, and it straight up doesn’t work on Samsung. Easily the worst video streaming app ever made, it’s almost unusable and piracy is a better option

Worst app ever, worst streaming service ever. $20 to watch one team is the biggest ripoff of all time. I am sick and tired of this terrible streaming service never works and I miss what I pay for
