Come on, fix this
App will not go into landscape mode on iPad, remains stuck in portrait. Give me a break. How can this not be fixed immediately? This is literally the only thing I want the app to do on iPad besides play the stream. It’s also so glitchy and slow. At times, I can find the current Sox game or replay from earlier

Mostly good. Will not go into landscape mode on my iPad (most recent software, have added and removed app multiple times). Starting the broadcast is cumbersome.

Hope you don’t have an issue because your only option is to email the company and hope for a response. Very frustrating if you require an immediate response. Also why would you remove the antenna channel from Chicagoan’s I hate that I cannot watch my hometown team for free . In the city I live in Chicago

Terrible app. Poorly designed. Navigates like an app from 2009. There is a pause when it goes full screen. Another when you leave full screen. You can’t continue the audio with the screen off. Sometimes you want to listen and not watch. It needs a complete redesign. Or add the service to YouTube or YouTube TV.

The app didn’t allow me to watch the rest of Fridays game
I’m watching the White Sox Indians game and all of a sudden they said it’s not available. What the heck is going on with this app? It’s horrible.

I love the Sox and am getting annoyed having to authenticate my tv subscriptions every time I open the app. Fix this.

Don’t do it. The app doesn’t let you watch the games if you’re out of the specific zone. Then canceling the subscription is a NIGHTMARE. Worst subscription I have ever gotten.

It’s so great that I can pay to watch my team instead of on cable or over the air. I love streaming services! I WANT THEM ALL!!! jk. Streaming services stink. This one aight tho.

This app needs significant work
First of all, it’s incredibly over priced which we all know but I’ve moved passed that now. It’s also just a terrible app to be asking us to be paying all this. Watching a game live rather than 4 minutes behind has never been so hard just because the app can’t overlay itself correctly so that im not pressing 5 buttons at once. And constant subtitles no matter what I tell it to do.

Fix Ipad App
Please fix the iPad app. When watching the White Sox on CHSN app, the screen will not flip to go into horizontal and vertical mode correctly on an ipad. It’s super annoying.
Casting from this app Sucks
I have issues only with this app when it comes to casting to a tv. I am connected on the same wi-fi and the internet is not over used. This has been the most annoying issue with this app.

Maybe the Worst App Ever
This app will not let you watch in full screen on an iPad Pro. Want to beam it to your TV instead? The app will automatically turn on closed captions with no option to turn them off. Well the option is there, it just doesn’t work.
I do not recommend this app to anyone unless they fix these shortcomings. Absolutely insulting that I have to pay to use such an awfully designed piece of software.

Also sets a limit on how many devices you can sign into. Doesn’t give option to sign out of others TO sign in.

Awful. To be expected
Half the window for the game is always black. Same with pregam on my LG tv. Why is the score off to the side on a tv? It’s already in the window for the tv. Why is the multiview not available on TVs?

Cheap money grab. Jerry has sucked enough value out of this city. It’s time to give back. He made his money as a Slumlord in real estate, he is now a slumlord over bulls and sox fans. How you do one thing is how you do everything. Sell the team you cheap loser.
