We love coming to this Chuck E Cheese the staff is always so nice and accommodating.
Keep up the excellent Service. We love that Chuck E Cheese mascot comes out when ever we request him.
Fun pass not worth it
If you buy more than one fun pass I recommend to add it in different email accounts. I bought 3 and added on my email and instead of getting the benefit for each I only get one. My kids get upset and fight among each other avout who is getting it. Now I’m over paying and not getting all the benefit of the pass. I’m lock up for a year and not getting the offers for each pass.

Music was so loud we couldn’t hear the lady at the register. Then, she stopped to get a Clorox wipe,in the middle of taking our order, to get something off her fingernail.
App is not updated
The app doesn’t have anything. Website says we can buy fun pass on the app but it has nothing. No birthday anything for my kids.
Pass Worth It
The app is terrible slow and needs a whole new update and better UI and faster more smoother performance, better ways to access cards and tickets and more.

Pop-up Videos Extremely Annoying
The constant pop-up videos are extremely annoying and disruptive. They autoplay, block content, and make the site frustrating to use. Instead of improving the experience, they drive users away. Please reduce or remove these intrusive pop-ups.
The video add glitches constantly
No matter what your trying to do the video app pops up and interrupts you Makes it very difficult
Annoying
This app is very annoying. As you scroll, videos will pop up and automatically start playing, taking over the entire screen until you click x to close it out. Scroll another 2 inches and another video will do the same. It doesn’t stop, forcing 3-10 videos on each page to take over your screen. It’s incredibly annoying. Also, we didn’t get any birthday coupons this year, how convenient right??

App is very annoying
The app is very annoying to use with the videos keep popping up for every click although I do t want to see the videos. And for every click, I have to select the cookie preferences. Once I select my cookie preferences, those should be saved in my profile, but it keeps asking it for every page I visit, same thing with the location selection. Over all very annoyed and disappointed with the quality of the app.

You have to love Chuck E. Cheese . Even if it is pricey I’ll pay for my kids to have fun lol.
Scam artist
Used the app to order food but the store was OUT of what I ordered. I WAS NOT initiated a REFUND. That is THEFT.
