Interface of website and App are full of bugs
I ordered few products and now I’m unable to see my ordered items on my App. How can I track my order.. Its such a bad place to shop online. Neither my items got delivered, and it was a prepaid order. Why do they start a company when they cant support the customer.
Don’t buy from these frauds
They took 40 days to deliver my order and still didn’t deliver all of the items. I had to email thrice to get a reply and they told me it was now out of stock. They also sent a defective piece. Frauds.
App force closes on opening In IOS

Most useless app
Wondering which fool created this app? Its so useless. Once u put things in the cart, the screen starts misbehaving. You don’t get the discounts shown on screen too. Its better they stick to offline instead of spoiling their name.

Worst
Their customer service is worst and I got damaged product. The product was not what I ordered. They just get the money and send damaged product.

app gets stuck a lot
please improve the ui - app gets stuck a few times when adding items and viewing the items in cart and adding coupons
App crashes
Although app is updated but it crashes whenever i try to open the wishlist. Kindly fix it….

App doesn’t have even basic things
First of all there is no search button which is annoying, and there is only one image that slides in main screen. No cart icon and so on.

App is slow and doesn’t function properly
App is slow , all tabs dont function well. There is no tab to return to selected earlier section , have to go to main menu again. All selected items in bag and wishlist disappeared when i logged in !!
Ridiculously slow
The app is sooooo slooowwwww. I mean come on! It’s 2021 how is anything so slow?? I can’t even access the bag anymore; I have to put something in the bag and then later remove it just to see the bag icon on top right of the screen. Also, randomly some product videos start playing. All the products you have aren’t even easily accessible anymore cz the design is so poor. Using your app is exhausting. I would give you zero stars if I had that option.

Unable to Login
Every time I try to login I get a new Passwrd to my email and I don’t know where to put my password as the app doesn’t give a tab to enter password!

The interface is not very easy to use.

My cart kept on getting empty .
The app is not comfortable to order from . I tried since 8.20 pm on Sunday . The cart kept on getting empty. Finally, ordered on Monday at around 9.30 pm and didn’t bother for my membership.
Worst experience
Not at all customer friendly. Not worth it. Quality is also not upto the mark. Worst experience. Return is also very complicated. Waste of Money! Think twice before purchasing.
Unresponsive
Not able to find cart. When I added items in crt on website with my account logged in. Cant see the same items on app. No matter which section I open it show a blank white screen no products inside eg. curate your own gifts, masks are empty.
Not a user friendly interface

Delivery issue
This is the first and last time I bought an item from Chumbak. PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF CHUMBAK IN THIS CORONA SEASON. I ordered a watch on April 18 and it was delivered thru ecom express by few day but I didn’t get the item. When I track my order it is saying that it was returned to Chumbak Bangalore. Then I contacted ecom express customer service they told that they can’t do anything please contact Chumbak centre. From the day itself I am trying to contact Chumbak thru their number and mailid they are not answering my request and not picking up the call. There is no option for pay back option and also no customer support system. Local apps consist of atleast customer support or chat but I felt surprised since well known Chumbak has no such system. Worst app I ever used. I am writing this review to get a view from Chumbak authorities. Please repay my money otherwise send by item back. I didn’t felt such an unhappy experience for any site. I don’t know what’s next step.
