I had a great experience using the WoodenStreet app. The design is user-friendly, and I could easily find what I was looking for. The product descriptions are detailed with proper product pictures ,Dimensions etc and customer support was quick to respond. Delivery was on time, and the furniture quality exceeded my expectations. Definitely one of the best furniture shopping apps in India!

Bad tech
They had a couple of good furniture designs at the store near our home, and the store manager asked me to create an account so we can check the entire online catalog. I created an account, only to see that they send your password back via email -in plaintext-!! I mean, who does that in today’s cybersecurity-sensitive age? Their person in charge of the app and tech needs to change. 3 stars for the unique designs.

Worst furniture brand
I ordered a bedside table and after 4-5 hours i asked for just colour change of that table from brown to white . Just for the colour change i had to buy one more item from their site as you cannot exchange something of same price . Something expensive has to be given as order for exchange of item. After that the products assembly shows DIY
But these products and items are not possible to be arranged without some professional help . And if you want to get installation done they charge 500 extra for that . They just eat customer’s money and don’t respect it . Fraudsters and scammers
