Once got this app synced with our website, I love this app. Only thing is, I have 2 notifications that won’t show as read so always have 2 unread notifications
Not impressed
Glitches out and removes important info from my account. I cannot access things that I should be able to like groups I’m part of.

App is ok ,Tithely giving system is too expensive+, Tithely should be a ministry not a business ,
cost monthly is too high and each giver has to give extra $$ to reach their 10% gift or other desired giving goal…
I’d be fearful of taking apart of someone’s tithe if I were Tithely ….

This is the worst app you have to put in all your information over and over again just to pay
Life group access
I belong to a life group and one day I can view the group and then the next day I cannot view my group. Frustrating

Disappointed with tithing portion only.
I’ve tried to give through the app several times when I first downloaded the app about a year or so ago. It didn’t accept my bank card. Now I need to pay for the Women’s Retreat registration and using a different debit card. It is still declining me. So I deleted the app and
re-downloaded it. Still no success.

Group chat issues
Really like the app. The #1 feedback we get is regarding the group chat function. There really needs to be a way to label conversations within the group so members can respond to specific conversation chains.
And including badges in notifications…not just banners. That way we know when someone comments in a group chat after the banner goes away

push notifications cannot be permanently turned off it doesn’t hold when turned off. I don’t need an arms length of redundant and unnecessary texts!
The sermons on line
The sermons available to review and also to hear when I can’t be at the church means a lot to me. I also recommend them to people when they want to know our church and when I want them to understand the Bible.

Every time I try to update my account to add missing data the app errors out.

Giving Help
The links and procedures for online giving using this app needs help. Today I unintentionally made two donations using this app one path went to vanco while another path went elsewhere using my phone’s browser. Apparently there’s two paths or methods for online giving and they seem unaware of each other.
