No landscape mode?
I use an iPad mini. I have found that the My Church app only works in portrait mode. It does not rotate to landscape mode. This is quite inconvenient given the orientation of iPad covers, stands and keyboards, most of which are set up for landscape mode. Please fix it. Thank you.
Great customization. No Church Directory
We’re a PushPay client. The app is very customizable! We’ve been able to add devotional and reference materials, see our calendar, and even administrate (some) group functions like attendance, etc.
We really do need a church directory function though. This is our most requested feature especially from our older members. A reviewer said much the same in 2024. Workarounds all require another login/password which is a significant barrier.
One last suggestion. We would like to be able to see what parts of the app are taking up the most space on users’ devices. We need to know what to trim so our app isn’t so large.
Thanks MyChurch. We are grateful for what you enable us to do.

Inaccessible to blind people
It is always disappointing when churches choose to leave blind people out. This developer has created an app which screen reader users cannot use. iOS has a built-in screen reader, and there is no excuse for developers to create apps which do not work with it. This is a very powerful message.
Great app with just one significant flaw
I really do love the My Church app. I administer this app for my church. It is user friendly from both a user and admin perspective. It gets so much more usage than our previous church app did. I only see one major flaw. I have many older church members who don’t have a computer, but do have a mobile phone and/or tablet. They would love to be able to click on a member of the Church Directory group and see some contact information. Unfortunately, that information is not displayed and they simply get a screen asking if they want to call or email the person. I have been forced to create a workaround for a function that should be a given in a church app.

Doesn’t rotate to Landscape on iPad
The developers need to fix this to make it a better user experience for iPad owners.
