I have been always extremely very happy with Churchill Insurance since I joined they’re very attractive and attentive also very knowledgeable, helpful.
Hopeless
The app used to be helpful for renewing etc, then all of a sudden it just doesn’t work. I reported the issue to Churchill as it caused my payment to renew my policy not going through. They seem unable to fix it. The app just continues to say it can’t send an email to enable log in. Please try to get it fixed, used to be good. 6 months later still doesn’t work and nobody seems to care!

Erroneously auto renewed policy
I spoke to Churchill telling them that the policy would not be renewed yet they auto renewed it

i have tried multiple times to make a simplae change of address and am unable to make it happen. Unable to enter my card details to make the payment and there is no telephone number to ring for help and the whatsapp hrlp sitevis appalling as it dors not have a rekevant option quety fircthis issues. awful awful customer service..., its a joke!!!!

Hard to cancel a policy
It shouldn’t be difficult to cancel a policy - FCA agrees with this too!!!! Be good to know why Churchill make it so difficult ??

Interminable Delays
Unfortunately Churchill place no value on their customer’s time; web chats have 10 minute pauses and can’t provide telephone assistance.

One page that has claim telephone number and policy number…..I appear to have to either dig my way through pages or the certificate of insurance has no claim contact number?

Named driver
I couldn’t remember if I still had my sister as a named driver on my policy, the app doesn’t show either way. my only option is to go through the process of adding a driver, filling in their details etc, just to see if she was on my policy or not.

Make changes - can’t
Bought a new car which was same make, model and engine. Tried to amend/change policy through app but couldn’t. Tried chat where they tried to send me to online app changes. Told they wouldn’t insure the new car, which is the same spec as the one on the policy. Crazy logic. Churchill does not say yes! Business from me now elsewhere
