The app is easy to use. The chicken pieces are a good size and cook just right gotta love them biscuits.

I’ve been coming to this churches chicken for a while now and the service and even the chicken was always inconsistent, but I don’t know what has happened over the last six months, but the service has been remarkable and the chicken has been 100% consistent which as a fan of churches chicken that is always desired. Especially coming from the northern part of SACRAMENTO to South Sac to enjoy some food now my trips don’t seem like a gamble anymore.

We’ll see how it goes this time I know the last three times in the very first three times which was the last three times I ordered from there. They always forgot my biscuits or they always messed up something on my order so let’s cross our fingers cause they’re under new management and hope they get it right this time.

As a Texan living in Chicago lol churches is my fave! this location has everything made fresh, you never hear staff being rude and it’s always busy and yet they stay cool calm and collected, and have patience even with the hard customers (smh) so this location is always a must for me for dine in, pick up and delivery. You get two sides with the meal but it cost more for certain sides. If I get two large sides I should be able to get it without being charged extra for certain ones

The app is broken
I was not able to claim rewards even tho i earned lots of points. Whoever designed the app needs to fix it, current promotion blocks using points earned.
App bugs
Tried to place an order today and when I click on what I’m wanting it kicked me back to the start of the menu tried submitting feed back but the chat bot is dumb I haven’t had church’s in years but this app sucks was going to give them a shot but I guess I’ll go somewhere else where the app works
