Terrible customer service, slow app.
I paid for a Prestige subscription but experienced ongoing bugs that meant I couldn’t properly use the features I was paying for. I reported the issues multiple times and provided video evidence, including after being told the problems had been fixed.
Chyrpe then gave me a complimentary Prestige period as a goodwill gesture, but the exact same issues were still occurring during that period. I provided further evidence of this, so I was still unable to actually benefit from the “goodwill” subscription.
I’ve now followed up three separate times asking them to reconsider, and rather than offering a meaningful resolution, I’ve been offered 50% off another 3-month Prestige subscription.
The problem is that I’m being asked to pay again for a feature I’m not even confident will work, when I already paid for a subscription that didn’t work properly in the first place.
I’m not expecting anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the subscription period I paid for to actually be usable. Unfortunately, after repeatedly reporting the issue and providing evidence, I don’t feel that has been addressed.

too slow after update
i updated the app again and again the app is so slow and i can’t send likes without it taking like 8 seconds to get to the next person it used to not be like that.

I have over 100 likes 50 matches. None I repeat none are actually real. They’re all fake not one account is real on this app they’re all fake. They can’t hold a conversation two messages and they’re gonna ask you for $100. Don’t even download it. It’s not worth it.
You’ll find plenty of financial doms not much else
Apps great but despite the headline being FEMALE LED DATING it’s one of the very last things you’ll find on this app, doesn’t attract genuine dominant women as much as it does women who just portray themselves in that light to get gifts and money while playing into your fetishes unless your that level of simp it’s fun to keep for fun just don’t hold your breath for anything sincere you’ll have better results putting your submissive seeking a serious flr relationship on regular dating apps.

Zero Stars Fake Like Cost Me $24
I created an account. Within a little over 24 hours, it said I had a like and that I could see who it was and connect with them if I purchased an upgrade. I purchased the one week upgrade. When I went back to the like section there was nothing there. I completely closed the app and reopened it. Nothing. Nope, not tolerating that. Considering calling my bank to contest the charge.

10 people in 100 miles when living in one of the largest cities in the US. No other filters were even on aside from distance. What a joke of an app
High upside, low execution
A dating app that gives you no proximity information, is too expensive for any membership level, and has no apparent care for your distance limitations. The app is a great idea, but is terribly executed. You can’t swipe to decline when you’re out of likes? Make it make sense.
Revised to 1 star. The app has been up long enough these issues should be resolved.

Scummy business model
Tried from seeing ads but it’s got very malicious pricing wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Fetlife is free and you’d actually find real connections not just women out for your wallet.

first ever app as a female where i get 0 connections. i get like 10/day at the minimum from other apps. it's just dead given how small it is. they should've done a beta with a select group before going public with this few downloads

Women can apply three questions on their profile or the standard ice breaker.I don’t know it will be the questionnaire until I click it & once I’ve clicked there’s no option to turn back.Unless she likes you,most women will just ignore you.But I’m forced to answer an in-depth questionnaire.This feature should be abolished.Other than that the app is great.I haven’t met any one yet but have spoken to three women in the past few months so it’s real.Im a man! We sit on the shelf longer lol

Good app sad performance
I don’t know if you need to inject Viagra into your app, but I would highly suggest it because this app is sluggish and slow at best and has a hard time staying up to date on the profiles pun definitely intended. I hope that you invest more into how quick things refresh. Also if this is in regards to a female lead relationship, then you should make all of March free to women because that is when women’s international day occurs. And if you’re saying that this is for female lead relationships well perhaps you should lead by example. Much love. Melancholy ghost.

There’s nobody on it. I live near a big city and there’s maybe like 20-30 people on chyrpe and they’re constantly recycled so it can pretend you can swipe. It’s crazy to have so few users and charge so much to see people

Its a fun app but its lacking activity. Everybody looks the same, and i hit x on 95 percent of the users here

The swiping transition takes FOREVER. Please just do an easy left or right swiping option. Not a big pool of people to choose from right now either.
