Buggy
Date available in "Add Tests" is from 1930 to 1970. Also can't input demical points in "Adding IELTS Test". How did you manage not to consider people getting half band scores?

App is awful doesn’t even let me login the screen is just white…
Signing up issues
First of there’s no sign up option. That’s fine but when you go there to log in it says the password is wrong like dude obviously I haven’t even signed up, what password are you talking about??? The I did the forget password thing in which it said email or phone number I did both of them but never received a mail, or a message. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong or fix this issue and make this app easier to use.

Not for counselor
Maybe the app works better for students, but it is worthless for counselors. I use Cialfo all the time on my laptop and thought I would finally try the app. The app only allows you to send messages and review events, two features of Cialfo I almost never use on my laptop. You can’t view students, colleges or do anything with broadcasts.

Needs lots of work
Mobile app should be able to at least confirm an appointment with a student making a meeting request.

Not found after logging in
Web site is fine. Mobile app not working.
Does not work for parent login
After selecting school and entering parent’s credentials, a ‘Not found’ error pop up and it return to school selection screen.
Useless app for phone
I couldn’t fill my personal information. Site kept me showing link to download the app. Totally useless app. Disappointed and would never recommend anyone to download this app
More information
Schools who use CIALFO should have more information in there account using their phone. Going online through my computer you can see your GPA, counselors, grades, extracurriculares, and more; but on the mobile app you can’t!! It would be an amazing upgrade that would change your experience using the app as it provides the same information as going through the website online.

How much do I wish I could’ve had this app for my college search experience!
I just shared this app with my cousin who is doing his college search. I have to admit I am a bit jealous of him. My college search and application experience would have been so different if there was an app as amazing as this at the time. Well at least he gets to enjoy it 😅 highly recommend!
Great Platform
The interface and design is minimalist and really easy to use. Key features are prominently displayed and the functions are really useful, a heavenly solution for high schoolers’ worst nightmare; choosing the right college.
