Why does it takes so long to receive winnings and all my information the same as last deposit
Kind of sketchy
I was having a good time until it was time to redeem my winnings. Spent a lot of money and won some of it back. I requested a payout 2 days ago and haven’t received it. Contacted customer service and they ignored me asking about my withdrawal. I even went as far as messaging the company on Facebook and was asked to send additional money to receive my payout. As of today I am still waiting for a response from customer service and my winnings to be deposited into my account. It’s very nerve wrecking when I have invested so much money into the game.
