Been playing for 2 months and won nothing!! Reviews are fake. Play on real casinos no these fake ones you don’t win on. I never won or redeemed anything.

Inconsistent
Redemptions are so inconsistent. I reached out to customer service and they said that they would get back to my within 5 minutes and that was almost 6 hours ago and I haven’t heard anything back. I used to really enjoy this app and would receive my redemptions within 5 hours every time. Yesterday it took 12 hours to receive my redemption. It’s been almost 15 hours today and I have not received anything and cannot get a response from customer service.

COMPLETE SCAM
They just scammed me out of 50.91 cents and have been giving me the run around for two days now the minute I just mentioned getting my lawyer involved they just completely deleted my entire redemption history now even a full 5 minutes ago. Thank god for screenshots and video records because LAWSUIT COMING

I just downloaded it to see why there are so many ads for it on Roku. You have to buy spins. I suppose there might be ways to earn another spin here or there but none that I found. They graciously “give” you .50 or the equivalent of five spins. I used my five spins and guess what? I won nothing but a constant barrage of pop ups to buy more spins. And let’s talk about the misspelled words in the app. Thats comical. Do people really blow there money on this digital slots app?

I did everything I could to verify it was me. The bonuses are horrible. Couple $100 spent never won once. DO NOT PLAY. ITS A SCAM.

ITS A MONEY SCAM
I would not recommend pleasing bets with you own cash. The game will allow you to hit the bonus and grand price multiple times but each time the Game would Glitch and reset. Causing you to loss all your winning. I contacted customer service with screen shots and nothing was done. I played over $500 of my own money and wasn’t able to recover a penny.

Didn’t pay out and Won’t respond
I submitted a withdrawal request. Few days later got an email that the withdrawal didn’t go through. Since then I’ve sent several emails to try and get this resolved. It’s been weeks and I have yet to get a response or my withdrawal.
