So pathetically slow that you might end up breaking a bone due to frustration.
Out of date payment method
Banks are always warning us not to write passwords. But it is impossible to remember a particular password given that most of us have numerous passwords. Shops use the easy holding the mobile over the electronic payment machine but your clinics do not use them. So, not allowed to write down a password but if old cannot recall it; why not use the hold mobile over the pay machine method? I had to pay from home over the phone .

A long Wait
The app takes over 2 minutes to login which is very inconvenient when trying to show your healthcare provider.
Can’t Log In
Physically can’t even log into the app. My internet connection is great but I will input my password and user and it simply doesn’t log in. The app sits there loading forever. It’s infinitely quicker to use the website. The app is trash.
Apps not working
App opens normally to face recognition but now has my mobile number listed and wants passcode. But won’t let me enter anything or click on anything. Frustrating please fix
