App is Terrible
The app is absolutely terrible. You get notifications and then it takes you to nothing in the app and you can’t see notifications inside the app so for 11 months I have no idea what notifications I actually received. Navigating the app is confusing and not user friendly at all. Maybe they have good content but user experience is so awful, it’s not worth trying. There are way better apps to get the same content much easier.

Can’t even log on
Every time I go to log on to the app to create an account I get through to the multi factor authentication, put in the code and then it takes me right back to the log in page. It’s a loop every time.
Can’t get in
I keep getting ads and emails to download the pregnancy app but I can’t even login. Keeps telling me to make a new account but when I enter the info. It says my account already exists and takes me to the regular Cigna app. Would love to have this as a resource but unfortunate that it can’t function past login.

Takes me to regular Cigna
I downloaded the app, it does not take me to this app’s pages. It takes me to the regular Cigna overall site. I spoke with someone in chat, they gave me a phone number, I called the number and was pushed to a voice mail to leave a message and wait for a callback. Very disappointed I can not start using the app and NO one is available to help.

Difficult to use
This app has a very difficult user interface. I am unable to use my Cigna login and need to register every single time, which requires me to dig out my ID card. The app does not allow me to create a separate account that will work on this application either.
Once inside the application there is no back button. I got stuck in an external website and the only way to return to the main app was to close the application and re-login, which meant registering again. Unbelievably time consuming.

Can’t even get into app
My husband and I have wasted hours trying to sign into the app and just being sent in circles with resetting passwords and saying we already have an account but then just being thrown into the MyCigna dashboard. It’s been super frustrating, not sure how this has a 4.7 star rating when clearly I’m not the only one that’s experienced this issue.

Completely a waste of time
Can’t log in.
Had to reinstall the app every time to be able to log in
Every time I have to delete and reinstall the app in order to log in. The contents inside the app is very helpful but the user experience in terms of logging in process is awful. It never worked.
I can never get in more than once
In order for me to get in on a different date I have to delete the app and reinstall it I have done this multiple times since October and it makes no sense that this app still does not work when I try to login it won’t even go to the login screen it just sits on the the first screen that opens there’s nothing spinning it just sits and doesn’t open so then I delete it but my information in again and then I can use it for that day what is going on

It has really good information, and easy to use.
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t allow you to register for pregnancy app. Technical Support is no help. It’s just a circle of chaos stressful.
This is the only pregnancy app you need
I am not sure why this app is rated so low. I have not had any issues with it, whats more, I wish I had known about it sooner. I downloaded the WTE app and its clear that they make money out of their sponsors, I have found instances where the information was less than accurate. On the other hand the Cigna app is more medically based. I really wish I had known about it sooner.

App has never worked
I downloaded this app a couple days ago and I have yet to be able to log in successfully. I get an error message each time and while the IT department was nice and responsive, it still hasn’t been fixed
Doesn’t work right
Was using this app great and then all of a sudden the videos don’t play anymore and it says I don’t have permission to view. Super frustrating and just useless without the videos
I don’t see any pregnancy resources at all.
Downloaded the pregnancy app and can’t find any resources. Strange.
Won’t accept password
Every time I log in it refuses my password. I have to reset my password every time I log in. Very frustrating as I reset to my same password and then it will accept until I close out and reopen the app- then I have to start all over with a new password even though I had just reset it... 😫😫😡😡
Useless
I’m enrolled already but it asks to enroll to view any info. Nothing useful is on it.
Not valuable enough to keep
Pretty much everything you click on is overly generic information or it just tells you to visit the Cigna website. It’s not actually helpful. What’s the point of downloading an app if it just tells me to call Cigna to find out an answer to my questions?
