Too old, basic, and not developed like the normal CIH
For an option that meant for real financials and name that gives a connotation (pro) of perfection than that u not used to. This app is really basic. It works like the first bank app that ever created year 2013. Doesn’t even have the basic features ina bank app like ,notifications , names of people you receive from, easy access to transfers. And too lany other features tgat you can find at any bank app even the CIH NORMAL is way better than pro . Security is too tight on the client however not that good great keeping their info safe. And more frustrating is language option is not available only french. Which some entrepreneurs like me don’t use (on the other hand arabic or english will do)

تطبيق فرنسي تعبان شكله و تصميمه تحسبه قادم من سنين خلت لا ينافس التطبيقات البنكية الأخرى في الوقت الراهن يفتقر لعدة مزايا منها الله العربية و الإنجليزية نرجو من CIH أن تعيد النظر في التطبيق و تعطينا تطبيق جديد و منافس للتطبيقات الأخرى

التطبيق يحتاج إلى خصائص و اضافات عدة، اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية، و قفل التطبيق تلقائيا حين الخروج منه، و التصميم كحجم الخط و الأيقونات المرجو من المطور تحديث التطبيق إلى تطبيق يليق للستخدام والعمل
