The app is very poor in design and functionality compared to others

Worst bank in Morocco

I do not recommend it. There are too many technical issues, frequent system errors, and almost no effective customer service.

Interestingly, the system errors always seem to result in money being deducted from your account and never added to your balance. Resolving these problems is slow, frustrating, and unnecessarily complicated.

This is the worst banking app ever, from the user experience till the interface to the advisers, worst service, catastrophic app filled with bugs and errors, not secured and some times u get charged fr nothing. Quit it before u lose ur money.
