I do not recommend it. There are too many technical issues, frequent system errors, and almost no effective customer service.

The worst
This is the worst banking app ever, from the user experience till the interface to the advisers, worst service, catastrophic app filled with bugs and errors, not secured and some times u get charged fr nothing. Quit it before u lose ur money.

تطبيق فاشل و بطيئ جدا في المواقع الاخرى. و النظام دائما خارج الخدمة. تطبيق بدائي لا يصلح لهذا الزمن . لقد تسبب لي في خسائر كثيرة معنوية و مادية بسبب خدمته السيئة دائما معطل تطبيق غير منطقي يرسلون لك رمز عبر رسالة هاتف و عندما تدخله يقولون لك خطأ. بنك فاشل بكل المقاييس
Extremely disappointing experience with CIH Bank.
In 2026, it is unacceptable for a major bank to be unable or unwilling to provide essential banking documents in English. Many customers need English documents for visa applications, international services, studies abroad, and financial procedures.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. I contacted the bank by email multiple times and received no response whatsoever. A bank should not ignore its customers when they need assistance with important administrative matters.
The mobile app may work, but customer service and international support are far below the standards expected from a modern bank. If you deal with international institutions, be prepared for unnecessary delays, frustration, and poor communication.
