Frequent issues loading pages
It always boggles my mind when a telecommunications company can’t make a properly functioning app.
No features working in the application
I had to login n times to view the profile. It took me multiple tries to add the card details. After payment, no proper indication that the payment is successful instead the app says submit successful. Maintenance required.

Been with these guys since 2018 because my mom loves cheap pricing but they give you EXTREMELY cheap service, their customer service is garbage, it takes forever to contact someone and when you do, the problem is never resolved. The internet speed that you pay for is always way slower, seems as if they internet throttle but make you pay the same price and their fix is always “restart the modem and router, then check the internet speed”
They over charge you on invoices and don’t make corrections when you confront them.

Don’t go with this company
You only get The sticker speed they claim from 12 AM until 7 AM . The rest of the day is peak time to this company and the download speed is 0.5 mbps. Their app quality is the same. CRTC should do something about these scammers. Save your money.
Internet issue
One of the worst customer service/technical support, never ever recommend to anyone, waited 3 days without internet and unable to fix the problem, what a disgrace
